    Prof. Tanvir's research focuses on utilizing cutting edge expansion microscopy techniques to study how visual deprivation affects structure and function of visual processing centers in the brain during both homeostasis and evolution

Prof. Tanvir (Zee) received her PhD in Biological Sciences from Rutgers-Newark in 2023. She is the director of the SAS-HGINJ Imaging Facility and teaches Introduction to Light Microscopy for the Life Sciences 01:146:350 at Rutgers University-NB. Zee's research focused on utilizing cutting edge expansion microscopy techniques to study how visual deprivation affects structure and function of visual processing centers in the brain during both homeostasis and evolution
